焼肉業界で働くのは初めてだったので、肉の捌き方や色々な事を吸収できると感じました。① I was attracted by the mysteriousness of the membership system.
I was interested in the membership system, a style of restaurant that I had never experienced before, and I wanted to work there.
② The good personality of President Tsukahara and other employees.
③ I felt it was a good place to improve my knowledge and skills.
It was my first time to work in the yakiniku industry, so I felt I could absorb how to handle meat and many other things. -
仕事のやりがいや、醍醐味は？What is the most rewarding or exciting part of your job?
現在、新進気鋭をはじめとする当グループは話題性もあり、お客様からの期待値も高く、常に気が抜けない緊張感をもって仕事が出来ます。お客様からのフィードバックが、SNSなどで見受けられる場面も多くあり、常に自分をブラッシュアップ出来る環境です。Our group, including up-and-comers, is currently a hot topic, and customers have high expectations of us, so we can always work with a sense of urgency. We have many situations where we receive feedback from customers via SNS, etc., and this is an environment where you can always brush up on your skills.
